To address the three major pain points in the powder coating industry—high energy consumption, resource scarcity, and high deformation and loss of coating fixtures—our company has specifically developed a new type of thermosetting resin (both epoxy and polyester types are acceptable) environmentally friendly powder remover (as shown in the right figure).
This product is a transparent, slightly yellow liquid with a mild odor and weak acidity. It can remove powder from various substrates such as stainless steel (SUS), cold-rolled steel (SPCC/SPCD/SPP), galvanized steel (SECC/SECD), and aluminized steel (SA1D) without damaging the substrate.
Function Introduction:
The sample is immersed in the solvent and the reaction begins after 30 seconds, separating the coating from the sheet metal substrate. The separation area is over 95%, and the entire piece can be separated from the substrate in about 120 seconds. It can realize online non-destructive powder removal of the spraying rack (film thickness 60-90um), and the rack does not need to be taken offline for powder removal, making it possible to realize automatic hanging of the spraying process.
